Stylist Levels
Elite Hair Color and Design Studio's pricing structure reflects our stylists variations in education, demand, and experience level within our salon. Our levels offered are Associate, Junior, Senior, Master, and Elite. Each of our stylists have experience in cutting and color and diligently uphold the standard for each level so that each service is of the utmost quality. In addition to their unparalleled expertise and are dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every client.
Associate
Associates have been in their careers for six to twelve months. They are enrolled in Elite's Associate program training program and offer most services, yet will not qualify for more challenging technical ones such as color corrections or razor cuts. We believe you're in great hands with our Associate Stylists; Not only are they talented in their own right but they have the guidance of our senior team members.

Junior
Many salon guests are looking for excellent service and style while staying within a specific beauty budget. Junior stylists have with 1-3 years industry experience. They are competent in performing haircutting and color services, and are working on building their books as well as perfecting their skills. Stylists at this level are starting to hone in on their specialized talents and may be guided by a more seasoned stylists as part of their training as well as gaining more experience through advanced education. 65% booking request.

These artists coach and educate other stylists in the salon and are going to deliver advanced cutting and color techniques. 95% and above booking request.

Retail products are non-returnable and we do not provide refunds or store credit at this time.

In a salon environment like Elite, you have the freedom to try any or all of our stylists. We as a team collectively agree that your satisfaction is what matters the most and we encourage our guests to take advantage of this flexibility. We promise to never make you feel uncomfortable for staying in the salon and changing stylists; In fact, we encourage it! If you'd like to try another stylist for a fresh new cut, or decide to switch permanently - it's not a problem at Elite
