What is the best way to communicate what I want?
Photos are still the best way to communicate what you're looking to accomplish.  For example, there are so many different shades of blonde that a  photo removes the guesswork and possibility for miscommunication.

What if I am a new client and want to try a few different stylists or colorists before deciding on one service provider?
We are proud of the diverse talents that we employee and urge you to experience different providers to find the person that best suits you.  Our Salon Coordinators can assist you in the process and make suggestions based on your personal needs and wants.

What if I need an adjustment to my cut or color?
Elite stands behind the quality of the work by our staff. We understand however, that there are times a slight adjustment or correction is needed. In that case, we ask that you call the front desk team within 48 hours of your appointment to address any issues or concerns and to be scheduled for a corrective appointment.

​How long does hair need to be for waxing services?
For best results, hair should be between 1/8 and 1/4 inch.

What product line do you use for coloring?
Elite Hair Color and Design Studio is proud to use mainly Goldwell in our color services.  All Goldwell products offer the absolute best care for the hair, delivering fabulous results consistently.  They are also formulated using the most innovative and advanced technologies to deliver the utmost predictable and vibrant results every single time. Is Everyone on Your Staff Licensed?
All of our staff maintain individual licensing needs based on their profession. They also stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends through educational classes.

GENERAL

​May I bring my children?
Out of consideration to other guests, we request that you don’t bring children unless they are receiving a service. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients who are receiving services. We do understand though that special circumstances arise which may not make this request feasible. In those cases please, call our front desk team as soon as possible so we can assist you.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, Elite gift cards and cash. At this time we are unable to put tips on credit cards. We apologize for the inconvenience.
